Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. I called up and scheduled a 2 pm appointment. On the phone I was told that it would take 20-30 minutes. I arrived at around 1:50 and dropped the car off. i told him where it was parked and he said he would move it. I then confirmed that it would only take 20-30 minutes and he said that he would call me in 30 minutes when the car is done. An hour goes by and it is now 2:50, no phone call was received, and on the cars app I can look at the car cameras, and I saw it was still exactly where I dropped it off. I walk back and go inside and I end up just standing there for 20 minutes before someone finally comes over and asks what I needed, I told him that I was told the inspection would only take 20-30 minutes and it’s been over an hour, so I wanted to check in. He then called someone, and 10 minutes after that, the guy I originally spoke to came out to me and said to go someone else and that their computer was broken and they need the DMV to come.

0 on customer service. Nobody knows English except for one person so had to wait for 20 minutes to talk to someone. Went for a tire replacement. He said he'd bring it himself from the dealership and replace it. When I bought it myself and went to him, they asked me to come back later. When I came back later, started showing attitude and said we're very busy here and can't work on it. Made me drive there multiple times with a flat tire. Instead, go to Lake St Automotive. Just 2 minutes away from here and they provide much better service

Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. The apparent owner "Jimmy" and main mechanic, is an awful person. Maybe a good mechanic, I don't know. But when I came back after getting my car serviced a few times here, to find out if a missing bolt might have been something he's responsible for, calmly mind you. He became extremely defensive and started getting loud and yelling. Couldn't work his own system and blamed me for not putting me in his own system of clients, to which he admitted to himself. Then added multiple lies on top of that wonderful customer service. Please save your self time, money and energy and go somewhere else.

β€œJimmy”, the apparent Owner and main Mechanic has been an absolutely awful person to deal with. Started getting angry and yelling when he couldn’t find the receipts inside his own system, blames me for not having a receipt. And added lying to his list of terrible customer service. He might be a great mechanic, but save yourself the time, money and the energy.

The worst, Customer Service, I’ve ever experience. After multiple visits, blamed me for not being able to find my file, started yelling at me at the slightest issue. I couldn’t have a conversation or ask a question with him and apparently he’s the owner β€œJimmy” the β€œmain mechanic.” Maybe he might be a good mechanic, but an absolutely terrible person. If you want a good customer experience, I suggest you pick a different place.
